This practical, hands-on course is designed for ST3/4 urology trainees who want to build confidence and competence in ureteroscopy and laser technology.
Working in small groups on simulation models, you will gain experience with both rigid and flexible ureteroscopes and the full range of equipment used in modern clinical practice. The course is run in collaboration with BAUS and KARL STORZ.
What you'll do
Perform rigid and flexible ureteroscopy on realistic models
Understand laser settings and stone-fragmentation technique
Gain hands-on exposure to current ureteroscopy equipment
Learn from experienced consultant faculty in small groups
